Customer Service Executive

  • Receive phone calls, respond to clients on social media, and keep track of all orders and
    maintain sales and client database.
  • Handle customer queries, must be capable of managing customer requirements, and complains
    over the phone. Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
  • Communication with courier service providers and maintaining delivery records.
  • Support organizing product records and managing vendors and suppliers with proper record keeping.
  • Must be well-mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Overall support the team for increasing sales.
  • Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
